The role supports the Store Manager to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. It requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic math, and the ability to stand and walk frequently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle cash.
• Ability to stock merchandise and follow planograms.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Follow merchandising processes; unpack, stock, restock, rotate merchandise, and build displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, and assist with sidewalk displays.
