Aaron’s in Minden, LA is hiring a Sales Associate to greet customers, drive sales, and help them find what they need. You’ll work on the floor, handle customer files and contracts, and assist with merchandising. The role is physically demanding but training and tools are provided to work safely.

You’ll join a team that values a positive attitude, teamwork, and exceptional service. The pay range is $12.00 to $12.75 per hour, with eligibility for incentive pay based on performance.

Formación

• Desire to help customers.
• Must be able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Age: 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
