Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to store guests and assist as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and pursue sales goals; strive to improve selling skills.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and standards in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work and cleanliness lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales guided by product knowledge materials.
• Work to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns and operations issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training clinics when required.
• Protect assets and financial information by following internal controls and reporting any risks.
