Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Sales Associate in Colorado to guide customers in discovering home and kids’ products, driving sales, and maintaining an inviting store environment. You will deliver expert product knowledge, operate POS systems, and promote loyalty programs while upholding safety and brand standards.

You’ll engage with families, demonstrate products, and support visual merchandising and teamwork to ensure a welcoming shopping experience and strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service experience preferred in retail or related environments.
• Retail experience or specialty kids experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system and assist with transactions.
• Comfort with using store technology and product knowledge to assist customers.

• Ensure merchandise and displays are stocked, organized, clean, and ready for customers to purchase.
• Maintain room displays to help customers visualize product combinations for child spaces.
• Follow all store safety standards and participate in required safety training for a safe environment.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise, checking stock, and coordinating orders or pickups.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting, family-friendly environment.

• Work collaboratively with fellow associates and management to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for both parents and children.
