KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Chico's Raleigh location to welcome customers in a store that champions hospitality and personalized service. You will help customers, keep shelves stocked, and support merchandising while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong interpersonal skills to build connections that reflect the brand. This is a regular/part-time on-site position at Crabtree Valley Mall.

Requirements

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
