Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience. You will advise customers on hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, and guide them through their beauty journey with expert product knowledge and friendly service.

You will build relationships, promote loyalty programs, and support store displays while delivering efficient, accurate transactions and a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to translate product knowledge training into customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
