Job summary

Zoom Tan is seeking a Sales Associate to greet clients, assess skin types, explain the tanning process, and recommend appropriate products and services. You will drive sales while delivering a friendly, informative experience.

In a fast-paced environment, you will upsell products, maintain a clean space, and meet targets with top-notch customer service. Full-time benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to stand, bend and work for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assessing clients' skin types and recommending tanning equipment and lotions with clear explanations and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized tanning area and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Upselling tanning lotions and other products based on client needs.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering professional customer service.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of client information and preferences.
• Opening and closing the salon on time.
