Palm Beach Tan in California is seeking outgoing, energetic sales people to accurately represent our brand and provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensures legal/company requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
