Join our Chic team at 3842 Newberry Rd, Ste 1D, Gainesville, FL. As a Sales Associate, you will support management in promoting a customer‑ and product‑focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.

Position Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting Management in a customer‑ and product‑focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations. Functional Responsibilities

• Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards.
• Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
• Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni‑channel experience.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations.
• Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add‑on goals including gift card sales.
• Sign up clients for reward program.
• Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobe.
• Know current product fit and style assortment offerings in store and online.
• Maintain consistent client communication through utilization of customer book.
• Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with locate fulfillment.
• Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc., as directed.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Seek personal developmental opportunities and readily solicit feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
