Job summary

Chico's in Little Rock is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, provide personalized service, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced store setting. Regular/Part time availability, including nights and weekends, is expected to support store goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for some states or at least 18 for others.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand needs and provide personalized service.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
