Physical Demands:

Required to stand, walk during shift; talk or hear, both in person and by headset; Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift 1 to 20 pounds Occasionally move and lift objects up to 40 pounds (utilizing a team lift as needed)

L.L.Bean uses a market-based compensation approach. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $16.00. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
