Job summary

Chico's stores within KnitWell Group seek a Sales Associate in Tucson, AZ to welcome guests with hospitality and deliver personalized service. You’ll build authentic connections, share product knowledge, and create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll contribute to store performance through teamwork, merchandising support, inventory replenishment, and maintaining a visually engaging environment aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for AZ (and other listed states).
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and sales tools.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
