Planet 13 is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate in Bonita Springs to deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers on cannabis products, and support sales goals. You will verify IDs, assist with payments, and help manage online orders while collaborating with the dispensary team on events and marketing initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and the ability to pass a Florida background check; prior customer service in health/wellness is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, assisting, and providing information and necessary services to customers.
• Verifying customer ID and cannabis card status.
• Dispensing medication and collecting payment via POS register, or upon delivery.
• Maintaining all online pick-up orders.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing information.
