Job summary

Planet 13 in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and education on all-natural cannabis products. You will assist customers, verify IDs, handle payments, and help coordinate events to drive sales while maintaining online orders.

The role requires a minimum of two years in customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience involving direct patient interaction.
• Experience in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness preferred.
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our dispensary in Daytona FL! The goal of a Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service by focusing on education, awareness, and client solutions.

Starting pay rate: $16/hr

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greeting, assisting, and providing information and necessary services to customers
• Verifying customer ID and cannabis card status.
• Dispensing medication and collecting payment via POS register, or upon delivery, in the form of approved payment methods (cash, debit, credit).
• Maintaining all online pick-up orders.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
• Working with Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events.
• Planning and coordinating events to include internal and external communication, logistics management, marketing, and organization of necessary information and/or materials.
• Supporting all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met.

Sales Associate Requirements:

At least 2 years of customer service related experience involving direct patient/customer interaction, preferably in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness field preferred.

• At least 21 years or older
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check
