Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to deliver inspirational guest experiences in our LEGO Brand Retail stores. You will greet guests, ring up purchases, maintain displays and uphold LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.

The role requires high energy, enthusiasm and flexibility to work various hours including weekends. You’ll help stock, keep the store safe and clean, and contribute to a fun, inclusive environment that celebrates creativity.

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part‑time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%)
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)

What We’re Looking For

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests

• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business dictates
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area

Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

Must provide availability to work up to 20 hours per week (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 20 hours, but 20 hours of availability must be given)

Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Availability must span at least three days. Being scheduled for 25 hours is not required.

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $16.23 to $17.23 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
