Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate at a Colorado Springs area store to support daily operations, assist customers, and help drive safe, profitable store performance. You will handle cash, maintain lighting and fixtures, safeguard inventory, and learn the cash register and computer systems.

This role requires flexibility for weekends, overnights, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Capable of standing and walking for at least 8 hours.
• Able to lift and push/pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds overhead for shelving/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and register operations.
• Maintain lighting, fixtures, and store cleanliness.
• Ensure security of inventory and currency to prevent theft.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies.
• Learn to operate cash register, computer console, and related tools.
