Job summary

The United Pacific Sales Associate role is based in California and focuses on safe, customer-focused store operations. You will help with daily cash handling, inventory security, and basic point-of-sale duties at an assigned location.

Qualifications include 18+ years, English communication, and the ability to work irregular shifts including weekends and holidays. Full-time benefits are available, with potential for a 90-day performance-based increase and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling.
• Assist in stock maintenance and inventory security.
• Learn to operate a cash register and computer terminal.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
