Batteries Plus is seeking a customer‑focused team member in Eau Claire, WI, to drive sales and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced store. You will greet customers, identify needs, and suggest batteries, lighting, and related products while performing tests, installations, and basic repairs.

As part of a small, entrepreneurial team, you will participate in daily store operations, stock management, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months in retail preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong listening and verbal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs to drive sales.
• Sell batteries, light bulbs, and accessories to retail and commercial customers.
• Perform tests, installations, and smartphone repairs.
• Handle checkout and assist with stock, deliveries, and order fulfillment.
