Job summary

AutoNation in California is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles, earning commission while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction and volume standards. You’ll work with a best-in-class CRM, equity mining tools and access to 30+ lenders, with a national inventory of over 100,000 vehicles to match customer needs.

This role requires over 1 year of automotive sales experience, strong communication and a drive to exceed goals.

• Build and manage a book of business and close deals effectively.
