Job summary

Photogenic-Inc in Saint Louis, MO, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver memorable souvenir photography experiences at a high-traffic venue. You will capture moments, handle transactions, and assist guests in selecting keepsakes, while maintaining a friendly, safe, and efficient work environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+, adaptable to peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. No photography experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Engage with guests, staff and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.

Our Sales Associates Will Also

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
