Job summary

LOFT in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, guiding customers through styling journeys and ensuring merchandise is well-organized on the sales floor to impress shoppers.

You will collaborate with team members to deliver personalized experiences, share product knowledge, and use technology to stay informed on promotions while maintaining an inviting store environment across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technologically proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You’ll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
