Job summary

knitwellgroup at Store 1855-Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver personalized styling and build authentic connections with customers. You will guide the shopping journey and help keep the store looking beautiful and organized.

You will collaborate with your team to create memorable customer experiences, support omnichannel initiatives, and uphold high visual and operational standards. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is valued.

Qualifications

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
