Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the store organized and visually appealing, collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences while supporting our welcoming environment on the sales floor.

You will apply product knowledge, use brand behaviors to foster loyalty, and ensure a seamless omnichannel

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
