Job summary

LOFT in Smithfield, RI is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor, guiding customers with personalized styling and ensuring merchandise is impeccably organized.

You will collaborate with your team to create memorable customer experiences, use brand storytelling and omnichannel tools, and help drive store priorities while maintaining high visual and operational standards. Flexibility is needed with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
