Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor in Richmond, VA. You will connect with customers, guide their shopping with personalized styling, and ensure a beautiful, organized store appearance.

Work with the team to deliver tailored experiences and maintain an inviting omnichannel environment. You should bring customer-focused experience, a hospitality mindset, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and comfort with POS systems to help drive brand loyalty
