Job summary

LOFT Outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, understand their needs and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the sales floor organized and collaborate with the team to deliver an inviting store environment on a daily basis.

You will share product knowledge, apply brand behaviors, and utilize available tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience while aiming to exceed individual and store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Associate or customer-focused role is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
