Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate for the Midland, TX store who will serve as the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling suggestions and ensuring the sales floor stays well-organized and visually appealing.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver tailored customer experiences, support omnichannel shopping, and uphold brand standards while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
