Job summary

LOFT in Lombard, IL is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador and guide customers with personalized styling. You’ll keep the store inviting and well-organized, helping customers shop confidently and discover looks that express their authentic selves.

This role requires a hospitality mindset, strong customer-service skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and a collaborative spirit are essential for success.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
