Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the store organized and collaborate with your team to create welcoming experiences on the sales floor.

You will engage customers with hospitality, maintain high visual standards, and use available tools to deliver seamless service across channels.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
