Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 2997-Tanger Outlet Gonzales in Gonzales, LA. You will greet customers, offer styling recommendations, and maintain an inviting sales floor to encourage shopping.

You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver personalized experiences, share product knowledge, and use POS systems to complete sales while upholding visual and operational standards.

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers.
