Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized styling recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

You’ll keep the merchandise well-organized and help maintain a welcoming, on-brand environment while collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals and deliver excellent service in-store.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to upsell gently.
