Job summary

LOFT in Eugene, OR is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You’ll help keep the store looking beautiful and organized on the sales floor while delivering an inviting experience.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays, and comfort with technology and POS systems to support seamless omnichannel shopping.
