Job summary

Ann Taylor in Estero, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, and help keep the store visually organized while delivering an inviting shopping experience.

You will share product knowledge, drive brand loyalty, and use technology to provide a seamless omnichannel experience. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store goals.
