Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases online, by phone, and in person in a no-haggle environment.

You will respond to leads promptly, provide detailed information, and help transition customers to the in-store experience for completion of the sale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, retail preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads and inquiries promptly to move customers from contact to in-store experience.
• Provide exceptional customer experience before, during, and after purchase; drive loyalty through follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Service department to support the ownership experience and ongoing relationship.
