Job summary

Holiday Oil Co. is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe. You will engage customers, process payments, and support a fast-paced environment across various shifts.

Candidates should be at least 21, comfortable with POS systems, and able to work weekends, holidays, and conditions of both cold outdoor and hot indoor environments. Strong teamwork and customer focus are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and other POS systems.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers.
• Effective communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to collaborate with the team to manage workload and pace effectively.
• Willingness to learn about store processes, products, and services.
• Ability to remain composed in confrontational situations.
• Capability to work in a high-volume, sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Sunday through Saturday; open/close shifts as needed.
• Must be able to work in cold environments (outdoors and in coolers) and in heat during summer for outdoor duties.
