KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Associate at Store 1185-Palm Beach Fashion Outlets, Chico's-West Palm Beach, FL. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to build loyalty and drive sales.

Role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a strong team player mindset. You will support merchandising, stock replenishment, and store organization while upholding brand standards.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
