Job summary

Aaron’s Sales And Leasing in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Sales Associate for our corporate retail store. You will engage directly with customers to drive sales and help them find exactly what they need, while handling customer files and contracts.

You’ll also assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, maintaining a positive sales floor, and training will be provided for safe physical tasks. A path from Sales Associate to senior roles is outlined in our career progression plan.

The salary range for this role is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour/annually.* This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
