Aaron’s in Vineland, NJ seeks a Sales Associate to engage customers on the floor, assist with merchandise, and handle contracts. You’ll be trained for physical tasks and encouraged to contribute to a welcoming store environment.

You’ll learn merchandising, customer service, and clerical duties while supporting a fast-paced retail team. Flexible to drive sales and participate in incentives based on performance.

The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $17.25 per hour/annually.* This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

What you need:

Additional requirements:

• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
