KnitWell Group's Chico's Williamsville store invites a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a customer-centered environment reflecting our hospitality culture.

You will assist with merchandising, replenishment, and store organization, maintain a visually inspiring space, engage in omnichannel experiences, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team effort.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states, otherwise at least 18.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.


• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
