Job summary

Wegmans in New York is seeking a Perishable Department team member to help educate customers on healthy meals and assist with meal preparation ideas. You will contribute to a fast-paced, energetic team focused on delivering outstanding shopping experiences and high-quality perishable products.

Responsibilities include providing excellent service, keeping displays clean and stocked, and supporting merchandising practices that maximize sales.

What will I do?

• Provide incredible customer service and address the needs of customers in a timely & effective manner
• Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked
• Help to maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for perishable products by storing, rotating, stocking and merchandising
