Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive in-store sales. You'll help customers find eyewear and apparel, share product knowledge, and participate in a fast-paced retail environment across our California locations, including Vacaville.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset are essential.

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. From meeting sales goals to offering personalized eyewear and apparel solutions, you’ll help customers elevate their performance with your expertise and passion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Customer Service:Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales Savvy:Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech-Savvy & Detail‑Oriented:Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.
• Fashion Forward:A keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.

Pay Range:16.90-20.68

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
