WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 3533-Jersey Shore Premium Outlet-WHBM-Tinton Falls, NJ 07753. You will be the welcoming face, delivering a customer-centered experience and sharing product knowledge to drive personalized service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in most states; at least 16 in certain states listed.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; move around sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting hospitality.
• Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
• Create seamless omnichannel experiences using available tools.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
