Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet, a family-owned retailer, is seeking a retail associate to join our team in Sycamore, IL. You will help customers, maintain store presentation, and support Blain Rewards while working in a fast-paced environment.

We offer comprehensive benefits after 91 days for full-time associates, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match, plus an associate discount on brand-name products. Weekend shifts and evenings are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Retail experience preferred but not required for all roles.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
• Base pay up to $15.00/hr
