Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate at our Sugar Land, TX location. You will greet customers, assist with product styles, resolve issues, and help create a positive shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

The role requires friendly service, the ability to handle multiple customers, and comfort with standing and lifting up to 40 pounds. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
