Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for our Springfield, MO store. You will deliver a welcoming, customer-centric shopping experience, share product knowledge, and foster authentic connections with guests.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory replenishment, and assisting leadership with store operations while maintaining brand standards and a collaborative, positive work environment.
