Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for our Silver Spring Square location. We value a caring, team‑oriented approach and a genuine connection with customers to help them celebrate special occasions and everyday moments.

You will assist customers on the sales floor, learn product knowledge, operate the register, stock displays, and support store goals. The role offers a flexible schedule and a 25% shopping discount, with additional incentive

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; push/pull; bend/stoop/crawl/reach; climb a ladder; carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the store culture to drive retail sales.
• Build relationships with customers and earn their business.
• Meet store-specific Crown Rewards enrollment goals.
• Learn and utilize selling skills to drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn product knowledge for all merchandise.

• Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
