Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment. You’ll build genuine connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to shoppers at the Store 5454-Shops at Sea Island-Soma-St. Simons Island, GA.

This regular/part-time role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and supporting brand loyalty initiatives. Flexible availability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
