Job summary

Chico’s seeks a Sales Associate in a customer-centered environment where hospitality and personalized service define the shopping experience. You will engage customers, share product details, and help build brand loyalty through attentive service and teamwork.

You will contribute to store performance, assist with merchandising, and maintain an inspiring, well-organized sales floor while supporting store leadership and collaborative goals.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
