Chico's, part of KnitWell Group, seeks a Sales Associate in Santa Rosa, CA to provide friendly, personalized service and build customer connections. You will help customers, learn systems quickly, and contribute to a visually engaging store environment.

The role requires flexible availability, strong communication, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning merchandising, inventory, and customer engagement. This is a part-time, on-site position.

You’ll bring to the role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
