Job summary

Kid to Kid is seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. You will help run a clean, organized store, engage with customers, and participate in buy/sell transactions that power our business.

The role emphasizes a high-energy, can-do attitude, ability to resolve customer issues swiftly, and willingness to learn our systems through ongoing training. Previous retail experience is a plus as you support promotions and day-to-day operations.

Kid to Kid, an international children’s clothing store franchise, seeks outstanding retail candidates to join our Sales Associate team.

What We Do

Buy and sell the best things kids outgrow at lightning speed. Unlike a traditional retail store, we pay cash for clothing and other items from customers coming into the store. We maintain a clean, organized, great‑looking store, manage inventory including tagging, hanging and merchandising, and cross‑train for various positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain selling floor presentations and restock as needed.
• Tag and sort clothes, toys, etc.
• Learn Kid‑to‑Kid’s systems and procedures to enhance work efficiencies and support duties.
• Handle all returns courteously and professionally.
• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm.
• Develop procedure knowledge by completing online training.
• Be aware of current promotional events and sales.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
